The running title, "Fu Manchu and Company," was used in Collier's, The New Magazine, the Boston Sunday Globe and Chums. Further detail may be found on the Collier's page.
The Chicago Sunday Tribune ran the first five titles from the first series followed by the first five titles of the second series. Further detail may be found on the newspaper page. The running title was "Tales of Thrill and Terror."
Chums was a weekly British boys' paper; groups of 4 or 5 consecutive issues were bound together (with a new cover) and reissued monthly. The year's issues were also released in an annual bound volume. Serial installments were printed in an 8-page center section of each weekly issue, paginated separately (with Roman numerals) from the rest of the issue. These serial inserts were included in the monthly reprints, but were generally omitted from the annual bound volumes.
"The Mystery of Dr. Fu-Manchu" title was used in Pearson's Weekly for a 20-part serial comprised of BOTH of the first two Fu Manchu series. The serial was illustrated by Frank Wright. The first 10 parts (the actual "Mystery of Dr. Fu-Manchu) ran through Issue Nos. 1898-1907, 11 December 1926 - 12 February 1927. The second 10 parts (actually The Return of Dr. Fu-Manchu) ran as Issue Nos. 1908-1917, 19 Feb 1927 - 23 Apr 1927.
