- * ___ v 5 #2, Winter 1928 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 94pp, 5.5" x 8.75") [DKL] (Contents)
- Minnesota Quarterly

- * ___ v 6 #1, Fall 1928 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 92pp, 5.5" x 8.75") [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 6 #2, Winter 1929 (40¢, 92pp, 5.5" x 8.75") [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 6 #3, Spring 1929 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 112pp, 5.5" x 8.75") [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 7 #1, Fall 1929 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 90pp, 5½" x 8¾") misc: there are several full-page pieces of art (described on the ToC as Decoration) by Eva Van Tassel, Constance Turner, Audrey Johnson, and Mildred Fox this last (on page 69) illustrating Jacobis story. Carl Jacobi is also listed as a member of the editorial staff. The Neprude story is a humorous fantasy. [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 7 #2, Winter 1930 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 96pp, 5½" x 8¾") misc: full-page Decorations by Kay Loberg (2), Audrey Johnson, and Marion Overby. The Wyant play is, as title suggests, a fantasy comedy about the Greek pantheon. [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 7 #3, Spring 1930 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 112pp, 5½" x 8¾") misc: full-page Decorations or Linoleum cuts by Audrey E. Johnson (2); Kathleen Hubbard; Mildred Fox; Josephine Lutz. The Eckman story is a humorous Arabian fantasy. [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 8 #1, Fall 1930 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 80pp, 5½" x 8¾") notequite a bit of fantasy or apparent fantasy material in this issue: the stories by Schifferes, both Wandreis, Eckman (marginally at least, as plot partly viewed through mind of a cat) and Engen (hypnotism), plus the poems by Montague and Barthelemy on fantasy subjects at least. [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 8 #2, Winter 1931 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 80pp, 5½" x 8¾") [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 8 #3, Spring 1931 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 78pp, 5½" x 8¾") Prize results included Dorothy Skulnik for prose (for her Shadow and After the Door Slammed) and Austin Faricy for poetry (for Eleven Sonnets). [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 9 #1, Fall 1931 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 80pp, 5½" x 8¾") [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 9 #2, Winter 1932 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 80pp, 5½" x 8¾") The Sarchet story is a fantasy; the only such I noted in these three issues (though Im only skimming and could have missed something). [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ v 9 #3, Spring 1932 (University of Minnesota, 40¢, 80pp, 5½" x 8¾") note: The Quarterly Prize for prose went to Howard Wandrei for The Romany Rye and that for poetry to Louis Evans for Wind-Thirst. Monica Crawczyk placed second in prose and Donald Wandrei in poetry. The Spring 1932 was the last issue of Minnesota Quarterly until a revival (Fall 1948 through Spring 1950, which Ill likely index later). Theres nothing in the Spring issue to indicate a suspension was planned. [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ Fall 1948 (University of Minnesota, 64pp, 6" x 8½") [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ Fall 1949 (University of Minnesota, 64pp, 6" x 8½") [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ Winter 1949 (University of Minnesota, 64pp, 6" x 8½") note: the Nicholson poem is Windstorm on the toc and Wind Storm on page 48. I dont know if the Harold Adams in this issue is the Minnesota-based detective story writer (1923- ) or not, but it seems probable as he got a bachelors degree at the U of MN in 1950. [DKL] (Contents)
- * ___ Winter 1950 (University of Minnesota, 25¢, 64pp, 6" x 8½") also, photographs by Charles Alden of sculptures by Harold Adams. No indication of why material from presumtive non-U of MN folks Feikema, Farrell, and Derleth is present, not that Im complaining. [DKL] (Contents)

- The Minster
- * ___ features Standard size, 112pp, price 6d. Photos or illoes on almost every page. Its mostly non-fiction. The issue I have is Vol.1 No.2, February 1895, and in the brief editorial called Minster Chimes it comes out with the usual guff about being pleased with the reception it has received and that it hopes it is filling a gap. It says it is intended primarily as a Church magazine, and thats not only obvious from the title but evident from the articles which are very theological and ecclesiastical. [MA]
