Pavlat & Evans states that this issue was incomplete. The copy I have is not a mimeographed copy but a mock up probably used to show the stencil cutter how to type the stencil. However it is missing a leaf, pages 15 to 18, which means that the Carnell story which the ToC says starts on page 18 continues on page 19 in the middle of the story which implies that pages 15 to 18 were at some stage typed up.
