Paris Nights [v13 #11, September 1935] (Red Top Publications; New York, 25¢, 56pp+, pulp, cover by H. J. Ward)
This is a mystery item. The cover says October, but it is the same as the September cover (which is clearly labeled September), and there is a different October cover. The Table of Contents says vol. 13, no. 11, which would seem to make it September, but there is no date given on the inside. Details supplied by Richard Newsome from Table of Contents.

Paris Nights (UK) [v11, November 19??] (Shade Publishing Company, 50¢)
It is unclear what this issue is. It is clearly labelled Volume XI and November (without an issue number or year) which should mean November 1932, but the contents of the November 1932 issue are known and do not match this issue. In addition, the price is wrong (all the usual issues were 25c) and the contents do not follow the usual pattern, many being reprints from other magazines. As such, this is probably a British edition masquerading as a US issue (which was quite common at the time). Details taken from Table of Contents.
