Munseys Magazine [v50 #1, October 1913] (202pp) Vol. 50 is the first to switch from a six issues per volume basis to four issues per volume, presumably because of the increased page count per issue. The editorial bits include a prediction titled The Apartment-House of 1950 (p.25). Apartment dwellers now have no space to store flour by the barrel, potatoes by the cart-load and other perishables in quantity; hence apartment houses should be built with cellars containing a sub-basement refrigerator zone, which can be divided out by landlord for use of the tenants.
