The Scrap Book [v 8 #2, August 1909] (Frank A. Munsey Co.; NY and London, 10¢, 192pp, pulp) I’m listing below all of the fiction, poetry, and “special articles” — the toc additionally lists some thirty “miscellaneous” pieces which are cartoons or brief anonymous pagefillers with titles like “Why Sixty Minutes Make an Hour” or “A Source of Inspiration,” which I’m ignoring. The issue includes a lot of colored internal illustration, some rather charming, but none credited so far as I noticed. [DKL]
