Here is the statement on page 5: WE ARE HAPPY! . . . yes, indeed, we are happy to announce with this issue that a complete Canadian edition of THE POPULAR FICTION GROUP of magazines will now be PRODUCED IN CANADA . . . every month, year in, year out, ...in a new plant... on our own high speed printing and bindery equipment, operated by Canadian workmen using Canadian materials.
