Title:  Air Wonder Stories Oct. 1929
Description:  Click picture to see actual image size. Air Wonder Stories Oct. 1929 This is one issue of Air Wonder Stories dated October, 1929 vol. 1 no 4. Shipping on this lot will be less than $3.00 US Book Rate. Condition is Good, in spite of age. Was in a stack bound with twine, with only minor creasing. Some tears and spine damage, back cover half detached from spine, color slightly faded on the edges from dust. Small hole 1 cm tall by about 7 mm wide about 2.5 cm from the right edge of the front cover. Might clean up real good with professional TLC. No tape or glue added ever to fix structural integrity. The photo does not do it justice. Inside pages are completely intact in binding, somewhat darkened with age, very brittle. Just be gentle. Table of Contents The Sky Maniac by Henrik Dahl Juve Around the World in 24 Hours by R.H. Romans Through the Air Tunnel by Harl Vincent The Air Spy by Edward Lee Harrison The Ark of the Covenant part 4 by Victor MacClure The Invisible Raiders by Ed Earl Repp The Robot Master by O. Beckwith Cover Art by Paul. This one will be perfect to fill in that void in your collection. Enjoy! My condition rating system is... Super, Hot off the press. Excellent, Slight wear. Very Good, All pages there, some wear, no flaws. Good, Cover there, wear and some flaws, all pages there. Fair, Cover may be missing, some flaws, still readable. Bad, not usable except as recycled paper. (I will not list a bad). The Fine Print: I will ship USPS Priority, First Class, Parcel Post, Bookrate (aka Media Rate applys ONLY to Printed material), or UPS, winners choice. Please note that I will be adding a $1.00 handling fee to the postage of all packages with the exception of USPS Priority (I get those boxes free). Insurance is optional. Auction Evaluations
Pulp Trader has a program which evaluates auction titles and descriptions, deciding what books and magazine issues are being offered. Listed below are its evaluations, shown as 1% to 99%. Naturally, this can never be as good as human judgement.

As a member, you can correct the stupid computer program. To change an existing evaluation, click on the Up or Down icon to its left. Up will raise the evaluation to 100% certainty. Down will lower it to 0%, meaning this auction is definitely not for that book.

To create a new evaluation, enter a Book ID# in the box above and press the Create button. You will then be shown the book data, and asked to verify the new evaluation. You must get the Book Key from a Book TOC page, or a Magazine Issue page.

After giving thumbs down to a few evaluations, or changing the item count, you can tell the program to re-evaluate by pressing the Re-Evaluate button. The program will re-evaluate the auction in a few minutes. All evaluations that are not 0 or 100 may change.

You can also set the exact number of Magazines and Books for auction. The Evaluation program sometimes gets this very wrong, especially when people mention their other auctions in the Description. When either field is blank, the Evaluation program uses its best guess as to how many items are for auction. You can set this to Zero, telling the program not to evaluate this auction. Or you can set it to some positive whole number to limit the number of evaluations.

At present, we do not evaluate auctions for books, so that field is not used. We will need it in the near future. The best way to use these fields is when an the program gives way too many evaluations. Just tell it how many items of each type are really for auction.
