Humanity

Humanity was a weekly paper published by Mrs. Violet Van Der Elst to promote her campaign for the abolition of capital punishment. Contents are primarily non-fiction articles on capital punishment, mysticism (including yoga and fortune-telling), and cruelty to animals, but at least one story appeared in each issue. It was published from through to July 1936 (vol.2. no.5) before being discontinued.

Hutchinson's Adventure & Mystery Story Magazine

A consolidated replacement for both Hutchinson's Mystery Story Magazine and Hutchinson's Adventure Story Magazine, in the former of which the serial commenced, but reverted to Vol. 1 No. 1. Retained the policy of the separate magazines, but was generally a better magazine.
