Great DetectiveCountry: USTotal Issues: 12?
Great Detective was originally launched in 1933 with the self-imposed task of publishing "the best detective-mystery fiction available", much of it with a distinctly English flavour. After nine issues or so there was a hiatus following which the magazine resurfaced briefly featuring entirely original fiction, but survived for only three issues in this guise.
Editors: Will Levinrew Formats: standard pulp Prices: 15c Pagecounts: 128pp Frequency: monthly to Nov-1933; may have then gone bimonthly for four issues, or publication suspended until Apr-1934, when resumed monthly. Great Stories from Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone MagazineCountry: USTotal Issues: 1
A large-format anthology reprinting from Rod Serling's the Twilight Zone Magazine. According to T.E.D. Klein, the subsidiary that issued this was only supposed to publish magazines so, for internal corporate purposes, Twilight Zone Magazine skipped volume 2 #9 and that number was "allocated" to this anthology, although no such numbering appears anywhere in it and it is clearly not an issue of that magazine (subscribers did not receive it).
