Newstand humor magazine, famous in retrospect for employing Terry Gilliam and Gloria Steinem on staff and giving an outlet for early work of Crumb, Sheldon and other underground cartoonists. The magazine was a mixture of fumetti, movie stills with funny captions, cartoons and comics, and various text features--the last including several short stories, not necessarily humorous, most or all of them reprints.

Christmas annual produced by the Stock Exchange Dramatic & Operatic Society in aid of their Christmas Charity Fund which supported hospitals and other local charities. It almost always ran a ghost or weird tale each year as well as some beautiful fantasy artwork. Anthony Armstrong had "The Seventh Wish" in the 1931 volume, for example and Sabatini had one of his Cagliostro stories, "The Lord of Time" in the 1932 volume. Dorothy Sayers had a Lord Peter Wimsey story in the 1934 issue.
