        Collection of four fantasy horror stories using different genres as backgrounds—a detective story, a gothic romance, a jungle adventure, and a Western. Three of them seem to be originals.



    Halloween Horrors ed. Alan Ryan (Sphere, November 1987, 0-7221-7561-2, £2.75, 215pp, pb, oa, cover by Kevin Tweddell)
        Reprint (Doubleday 1986) original anthology of horror stories with a Hallowe’en theme. This edition appears to have been “edited” unofficially and was withdrawn and pulped before distribution. Only a few copies appeared in shops.

        Reprint (Doubleday 1986) original anthology of horror stories with a Hallowe’en theme. This is the first UK edition with the original text.

        Reprint (SFBC 1987 as Vampires) anthology of two centuries of vampire stories, with 32 stories in all plus a recommended list of vampire novels and films.
