    This issue is undated apart for a copyright date of 1983. It certainly appeared some time between Summer 1983 (when Special Edition #1 was published) and Spring 1984 (when the magazine folded) and internal evidence suggests it might be closer to the latter.

    The first three issues were titled Macabre. Initially a fanzine, it changed format dramatically with the fifth issue.
