Subtitled "Official Organ Of The Arts Society", this was sent out on subscription to members of the society, of whom there were 1,284 in 1890. Information on the August 1890 issue has been taken from a bound volume in which each issue is lacking covers so no price is evident, nor is there any trace of a publisher's imprint. Although the majority of the contents are non-fiction, there are a number of vignettes and a serial story.
