Despite the lurid covers and story titles, Ace-High Detective Magazine ran fairly standard mystery-adventure stories. It only lasted seven issues before folding (although there are rumours of issues for April and May 1937 as well).

General thuggery but ran material by Cornell Woolrich, Dale Clark, Frank Gruber, Carroll John Daly and even Fred MacIsaac.
